Postage normally takes 1-3 days within Australia, or 7-14 days to North America and Europe when using the free standard shipping (But we do offer an Express option if you want to cut those times in half!)

Quality of material is great, and indeed raises the seat of the Cruz v2. You need to attach it the "right" direction, otherwise, the clip/lock will be in the way when folded. If it happens, just swap. Heard official UB upper adapter for Cruz v2 is coming which is more expensive and also lower by 2cm. So far happy with it.
