What about my stroller warranty?

Under Australian Consumer Law, the use of a Daloda kit does not void your stroller warranty. A manufacturer can only deny a warranty claim if they can prove that an aftermarket product caused the failure. Our kits have undergone extensive third-party laboratory testing under loads well beyond their rated capacities, confirming they do not damage compatible strollers. Therefore, if your stroller fails for reasons unrelated to an aftermarket product, your warranty rights remain protected under law.
Will the stroller be unstable?

All Daloda products are tested in accordance with the mandatory Australian Safety Standard (AS/NZS 2088). This standard specifically requires compliance to stability testing (Clause 8.7). All relevant Daloda products have passed stability testing in all combinations of configurations available when using our kits.
Are these configuration kits safe?

All Daloda products are tested in accordance with the mandatory Australian Safety Standard (AS/NZS 2088) as required by Australian Legislation (Consumer Product Safety Standard for Prams and Strollers - Consumer Protection Notice No. 8 of 2007). This testing is performed by 3rd party laboratories in Australia who specialise in stroller product testing. All products have passed the mandatory testing, and continue to pass further, non-mandatory, testing.
What are the weight limits of your kits?

The maximum allowable weight limit of the seats or bassinets when using our kits are the same as the weight limits imposed by the manufacturer of the seat/bassinet.
Do your kits affect the folding (collapsing) function of the stroller?

Not at all. All Daloda configuration kits are designed to not impact the folding function of the stroller, meaning they can stay on when putting the stroller into the car or into storage.
Are your kits compatible with my car seat?

Unfortunately not. Our kits are specifically designed for use with stroller bassinets and seats

What is the Accessory Clip?

All Daloda accessores (bottle holders, cup holders, etc.) come with the Daloda Accessory clip to fit your specific stroller.

The accessory clip is designed to be installed on your stroller and kept on your stroller. This allows Daloda accessories like the bottle holders, cup holders and side hook to be clipped on and off to our proprietry accessory clip system.

By using the clip, you can simply clip accessories on when you need them, and off when you dont.
Will the bottle holder scratch my bottle?

We love our bottles too! That's why all Daloda bottle holders are fitted with a rubber inner linning to ensure your bottle isn't harmed.
Will the MagSafe Phone Mount work with my phone?

MagSafe mount capabilities are included standard in all iPhones from the iPhone 12 through to current models. If your phone doesn't have MagSafe mount capabilities, we include a, low-profile, MagSafe compatible ring to stick to the back of your phone or phone case which will make it compatible with our Daloda Phone Mount.

What is the shipping cost?

Every order comes with complementary FREE SHIPPING, worldwide.
How long does shipping take?

Order processing is normally completed on the day (but can sometimes take 2-3 days depening on workload).

Postage normally takes 1-3 days within Australia, or 10-20 days to North America and Europe when using the free standard shipping (But we do offer an Express option if you want to cut those times in half!)
Do you offer express shipping?

We sure do! Our express shipping options are about twice as fast as our free, standard shipping option.

Warranty and Returns
Do your products come with a warranty?

All Daloda products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
What is your returns policy?

We have a 30 day returns policy, no questions asked. Simply lodge a refund or exchange request here and post the item back to us for a full refund.
