1. Shipping Origin

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Adelaide, South Australia.


2. Handling Time

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days from the time of purchase.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

We use trusted shipping carriers including Australia Post, Sendle, and other international logistics partners, depending on your location and selected shipping method.


5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s progress.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

8. Incorrect Addresses or Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Daloda is not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect address information or unclaimed packages. If a parcel is returned to us, re-shipping fees will apply.
