Terms and Conditions
- Uploading content does not automatically guarantee a refund.
- If we would like to use your content, we’ll contact you and refund the purchase price of the featured Daloda product.
- Once the refund is provided, you give Daloda ongoing permission to use, edit, reproduce and share the content worldwide, in any format, including on our website, social media, emails, product listings and paid advertising.
- This permission has no expiry date, and no additional payment or royalties will be payable.
- You can choose to have adult or children’s faces blurred or covered. Please select this option when uploading.
- You confirm that you created the content, are at least 18 years old, and have permission from every identifiable person shown—or their parent or legal guardian if they are under 18.
- Please don’t upload content containing another company’s music, images, logos or other material unless you have permission for Daloda to use it.
- You’ll still own your original content, but the permission granted to Daloda cannot be withdrawn after we have accepted the content and issued your refund.
- Daloda may choose how, when and whether the content is used and may crop, caption, edit or combine it with other advertising material.
