At Daloda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our refund policy below:

  • Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at daloda.au@gmail.com or use our online return portal. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and sale items are non-returnable.
